Jenn is where it’s at Before I jump into how AMAZING my hair looks and feels, I must share about this gals essence and incredible ability to relate to and connect with people. Her welcoming presence and compassion is palpable before she even speaks. She’s intuitive, empathetic and playful which is SO important to me when getting my hair cut given how uncomfortable I am cutting my hair. Call me a diva, but, it takes a while to grow, it’s a reflection of femininity and fertility and....lets face it, we’ve all had hair trauma! Jenn cares about what you want, how you want to feel, and that it’s so much more than a haircut, it’s a part of what makes you....you. I went to see Willa, who has a great eye for styling hair. I generally get just a trim but I wanted it to be styled in a cut, do something that compliments my features. I was really pleased with what Willa did, shaped my hair really well! I have returned a few times now because of how happy I was. Plus, they're just an awesome human. Definitely returning.
I had a great experience at Hairrari with Jennifer. I came in a bit unsure of what I wanted, and Jennifer was incredibly attentive and patient. She sat with me, asked thoughtful questions, and really took the time to help me figure out a direction that felt right. Throughout the cut, she talked me through each step, checking in to make sure I felt good about what she was doing. It made the whole experience feel collaborative and reassuring. On top of that, she was just really lovely to chat with. And I’m honestly so happy with how the cut turned out. Also want to shout out Sarah, the owner, who was super welcoming and kind.
